NEW SPECIAL EVENTS AND VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Position: Nationally known art center is seeking event professional to assist in developing, coordinating and implementing all special events for fund raising and community relations. This includes generating correspondence, general bookkeeping, creating sponsorship packages, soliciting underwriting, cultivating in-kind donations, recruiting and managing volunteers, identifying and participating in community relations activities, preparing and monitoring annual communications and special events budgets, working with committees. Measuring and reporting targets, goals and performance of events. Assists with social media administration and photography, assists public relations efforts. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Minimum of BA in event management or communications, 2-5 years of communications and/or special events experience, 2-5 years demonstrated track record of managing special events for nonprofits. Superior written and verbal communications skills, ability to demonstrate credibility and trustworthiness to media and community representatives, strong organizational skills. Photography and/or advanced writing skills a plus.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Armory Art Center
Position: Nationally known art center, school and gallery located in Palm Beach County, Florida, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to direct the center through an exciting period of evolution and growth. The center provides visual arts education, lectures and exhibitions, as well as, a nationally acclaimed Visiting Master Artist workshop program.
Requirements: The Chief Executive is responsible for the overall management of the center and must demonstrate exemplary strength in fund development, fiscal management, art school leadership and excellent communications skillls. Minimum requirements: a bachelor's degree plus 7 years executive management or senior administrative experience. The candidate must demonstrate an ability to achieve aggressive performance goals.

JEWELRY AND METALSMITH FACULTY POSITIONS
Positions: Three part time adjunct faculty positions are currently available at The Armory Art Center of West Palm Beach, FL to provide part time instruction in adult jewelry and metalsmithing courses. Course content could include enameling, advanced beading and wiring, advanced fabrication, and stone setting.
Requirements: Previous experience teaching jewelry in an adult setting; demonstrated skill level; ability to develop an 8-week course curriculum. Work schedule is typically one three-hour class once or twice per week and may be scheduled Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Compensation will be determined by number of enrolled students per class.
