registration and participation
registration: To ensure your space, register early with full payment. We accept all major credit cards. Checks may be made payable to the Armory Art Center.Payment in full, per workshop, is required to reserve your space.
Tuition paid in advance for any workshop will be refunded, less a fee of $100.00 provided the Armory received notice five (5) weeks prior to the start of the workshop.NO REFUNDS or transfers will be allowed without five weeks notice. Payments for workshops that are not held due to insufficient enrollments will be refunded in full. Notice of any workshop cancellation will be made four weeks prior to the start date.
ARRIVAL: When you arrive at the Armory Art Center, please check in at our registration desk, located at our student entrance. We will direct you to the workshop space at that time. The desk will be open at 9:00 am each day of the workshop.
Workshops are held between the hours of 9:30 am and 4:30 pm. For weekday workshops, studios will be available at 9:00 am and available until 5 pm. No additional studio hours are available.
Meals: The Armory provides morning coffee and tea and a complimentary buffet lunch for participants during the workshop with traditional and vegetarian choices. Snack and soda machines are available on the premises. We do not place separate daily orders for students. If you have special dietary concerns, please feel free to make your own meal arrangements.
Materials: Participants are responsible for any materials needed for their workshop. You will receive a materials list at registration. Some materials will be available for purchase at the Armory during specified workshops. The Armory will gladly take receipt of any shipped materials for your workshop, however, due to storage limitations, please schedule delivery for no more than 5 days before your workshop and address your shipping label:
