NAWAFL: Down the Rabbit Hole


The Armory Art Center will be hosting the National Association of Women Artists, Florida chapter. The exhibition a multimedia show that will include work in sculpture, painting, photography, ceramics, and mixed media. The mission of the National Association of Women Artists is to support and empower female artists. The National Association of Women Artists, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization which was established in 1889 by five innovative women.

In addition to the juried art, on view will be exhibiting works by three students from the Dreyfoos School of the Arts who are the recipients of NAWA Florida Chapter Art Scholarships.

NAWA artist members raised the scholarship funds by creating works of art on 6” x 6” canvases, which they sold for $50 each. The organization is proud to make this investment in the lives of young female artists.

Annex gallery hours are Wednesday-Saturday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
